Pratyaya is the Sanskrit word for firm conviction — the certainty a founder carries before evidence exists, and the conviction a partner has to underwrite that founder anyway. It is the only currency that matters in pre-seed. We named the fund Pratyaya because capital is a commodity in 2026. Conviction isn’t. We back the founders who already have it.

The story

Pratyaya Capital is a $5M Fund I pre-seed and seed venture fund. We invest in AI-native consumer, commerce, and digital platform companies in India. The fund is operator-led — our founding partners have built and scaled some of India’s most influential consumer and platform companies.
